One our most highly recommended courses, this presentation provides guidelines for treatment of bulging varicose tributaries based on the author’s nearly 30 year experience. He provides not only his perspective and experience with techniques he has developed but also notes where others may choose to deviate. Areas covered include the initial evaluation of the patient, sclerosants, their methods of action and how to prepare them, necessary equipment, anesthesia, techniques for extraction of veins, post procedure dressings and potential complications. This program is intended for physicians, vascular sonographers, nurses, and other allied health professionals.
